I bought 15 of these monitors for my office. They were easy packaged well and shipped quickly. I have a very average technical ability and was able to unpack the monitor and get it set up quickly and easily. The screen is bright (one of my folks commented on this, I hadn't realized until I recalled that her monitors had a dull look after being used for a few years). It is very clear and provides a lot of real estate for your computing needs. The screen is also matte, so it doesn't reflect the light from my window too much.

The only drawbacks to this model are that you cannot adjust the height (I have an old dead laptop lifting mine up an inch) and that the base is a large (flat) oval that doesn't swivel/tilt.

All in all a good model for the money.

i have the router upstairs with my other computer but am using a netbook down stairs in my house (mainly got it so i could use the netbook down stairs)..the signal is low or very low but i can still get a connection..sometimes it doesnt connect or loses connection but i am able to get it back in a few mins. its a good product but i wish it had a stronger out put or signl my netbook could reach better.

Excellent supportive mouse pad
I have tried many mouse pads with built in wrist supports but this one is beating them all hands down. The normal wrist supports tend to put pressure on the carpal tunnel in my wrist but this one provides support across the whole wrist and hand. Great product.

the pad is a bit thick compared to the other mousepads but the comfort is definitely what sells this product. i have a wireless mouse and their tandem is very smooth. it takes a bit of getting used to (with the thickness) but all in all, it's a good product.

This is a Five Star Laptop. I have had it for over two months now. Its good at everything expect conserving battery power. Im a student in college and i use this as my TV (bought the hp usb tv tuner card), my gaming console and my computer. I have ran top end games at high detail with no lag or draw back in graphics. The sound output is ok for everyday use but if you are a music enthusiastic like me, you might want to invest in desktop speakers + subwoofers. You might also want to get a cooling pad because the laptop heats up, though this depends on the kinda work you are doing. One concern for me is the battery life.....it lasts for just above an hour. Another concern is not hp's but microsoft's.....VISTA! It (Vista) uses a lot of resources. Ive been in college for over two months and this laptop has only been off for about 72hours roughly. It has handled everything i have thrown at it so far. Another cool feature is the finger print reader....i hadly type in my passwords online anymore. i just use the finger print reader. So far it has outperformed all the desktop pc's ive used in my whole life. I gave it a five star because im not a mobile person and i really dont care about the weight or the battery life. I would try windows 7 on it when i get my free upgrade.

    Got what I ordered in a very timely fashion. Cable work great to connect my PC's All-in-Wonder video card to my Sony HDTV with no apparent loss of video or audio quality. Only problem is that the Sony,(this may be true of all TVs with "VGA PC inputs which is why I mention it as a caution to prospective buyers) when in the "PC" input mode does not permit changing the video format so, for example, cannot expand the picture to fill the screen. Ended up getting a 25' combined RGB/audio cable which attaches to the Sony's HDTV input ports

    McKleinUSA Division 70785 R Series 17-Inch Detachable-Wheeled Laptop Backpack (Black)

    Overall,this is a good bag. It has lots of room for my gear and fits my Dell M1730 which is a huge laptop. The bags material and construction is strong and the zippers are good as well.

    There are 5 sections to the bag, the laptop section is the back and it has 2 sleeves. The M1730 fits either sleeve, just barely, but again the M1730 is a huge laptop so any other laptop will have NO problem fitting in there and since there are 2 sleeves you can carry 2 laptops if needed. The only bad thing is that it isn't well padded, there IS a layer on the back and on the wall between the second section but it is thin. I keep the laptop in the inner sleeve ad use the manual/disc holder as padding in the back sleeve.

    The second section is just a large space with no pockets or anything, allowing you room for larger item storage. I keep my padded headphones and the power brick in there as well as a Logitech G-13 and there is room for another small item or so and there is also a thin layer of padding between this section and the next.

    The third section has 2 small thin sleeves at the bottom of the bag, smaller than a blu ray case, and 2 web pockets. The web pocket on the inner side is over the 2 sleeves I mentioned and takes up the top half of that side. The pocket on the outer side takes up the entire wall top to bottom. I keep 3 2.5in external hd's in the half size web pocket, and the full size pocket holds an xbox 360 controller, usb hub, assorted cables, and 2 small boxes holding my TrackIR gear.

    The fourth section is for pens and things with 2 pda size pockets and room for other small things, and the last section can hold a couple magazines. There is also an Ipod sized holder on one of the backpack straps.

    The bag can be separated from the wheels and the extending handle, which is connected by zippers and is easy to remove and replace.

    The only thing I have any real problem with is I think the wheels are wearing down too fast.

    As you can see from what I've mentioned I fit in the bag, it can hold a TON of things, so I recommend it and give it 4 stars taking away one for my thinking the wheels wear a little fast.

    I like this watch a lot. Picked this up in order to give my Omega Seamaster a break (needs to be sent back to switzerland to get polished up). This watch is big, but very, very light. At the store where I picked mine up, I had the Seamaster in one hand and the Yachtsman in the other. The Yachtsman has probably twice the mass, but less than half the weight. It is good looking, and will be a conversation piece when worn with a suit at business meetings.

    The good: Time, stopwatch, barometer, thermometer, compass, and race timer. The race timer is essentially a countdown (you synchronize with race committee gunshots) followed by a stopwatch, with split time viewing and one-race memory. A couple good features: it can only be stopped by hitting the stop button twice in two seconds - good for those of you that wear sailing gloves. Beeps are audible unless the wind is howling above 20 knots. If you aren't a racer, you might do just as well with the x-lander, which excludes the racing timer but includes an altimeter, all within the same aesthetic package. The barometer includes a 1 hour interval memory (remember, 3 mbar change in under an hour and you're probably in trouble) and a thermometer. All units can be changed between imperial and metric. I haven't changed the battery yet but the compartment is opened with a coin, and looks very easy. Also, its a great looking watch if you can pull off the large size, and its relatively inexpensive.

    The bad: The contrast could be a little darker, and the backlight could be a little brighter. No seconds display on the standard time view. You can toggle seconds display briefly via pushing a button. Reading the manual (twice or three times) is an absolute must, because the buttons are unmarked. The thermometer doesn't take accurate readings while strapped on due to the heat from your wrist. The compass reading is a little jumpy (though in my experience, accurate). Lastly, I already knicked the aluminum bezel reaching into a closet... when I'm rolling around on the foredeck and trimming sails, its probably going to get pretty beat up.

    Overall, good product. Well done Suunto.

    Good Buy but be prepared!
    This is a really good watch. The features are pretty handy - barometer, temperature, can store readings, etc.
    The only concern is regarding the size of the watch. I gave it to my boyfriend for Christmas and that was the key thing he mentioned - it is really big. So I recommend seeing it beforehand.
    So if you can live with the size, it's a good buy.


    Excellent Regatta Watch
    I have been looking for quite some time at different sailing watches. As a bowman, I compete quite heavily in sailing regatta's and have tried several different watches. I have now had this watch for a few months and I must admit it is the best watch I have ever used. It is very user friendly and has an excellent countdown timer. Having the temperature and pressure is nice, but okay... they are extras. It is a nice looking watch, good display, and very easy to use. I would highly recommend this watch for anyone who truly competes in sailing regatta's.
